harlan window switch question - wiring diagram attached
I'm working on putting a harlan window switch on my brother's car and have a question. The window switch has 4 wires coming out of it.
There is a three conductor cable with a red, black and green jacketed wire. A white wire also comes out of the board. My question is...does it make sense to wire it the way I have in this drawing. I can't remember how I had it wired on my car. All I know is that it can only ground .5A but I'm not even sure that the white wire is a ground or a relay that can be used as a signal source.
If the white wire is actually a ground, can I use that to ground the noid relay or will the current be too strong. I'm too lazy to find my meter and meter it out.
FYI, this is an NX based system.
OR is it safe to do this?
