Im starting to plumb. Just got home. Picked up my flaring tool and bender. Bought some 3/16 brake line and will start plumbing tonight sometime.

I would buy pre-flared lines in stainless. Harder to bend, but a much nicer end result. Another big hint is making sure you have the right bender. The 2 piece will make a much tighter radius bend. In the end, you want to try and keep each of the lines and bends uniform and if you can make the lateral runs level it looks very clean.
I have the stainless lines that came with the kit, but I want to use those for the BBC thats going in later in the summer. They are pretty expensive to use and replace them shortly. I bought the NOS bender at a decent price and just picked up the Ridgid 37deg flare tool yesturaday. I hope the NOS bender does a nice job, but by looking at it I could have built my own on the lathe, but for the fifty buck I wont complain.

I've used the NOS bender and I like the 2 piece one's a lot better.
Thanks on the vid comment. That's been around for almost 2 years now and I've tracked it downloaded all the way overseas.
Unfortunately that last 14th seems like a mile away. Since that 9.13 I grenaded the motor twice leaning on it hard and learned some expensive lessons along the way.
Now I've made some changes and also had ESP do a complete rebuild. The car will go high 20s all day without a hiccup and on a much smaller jet than I previously ran. I'm still creeping up on it and hope to go a little quicker but maintain the ability to go rounds as I run in two different heads up series.
