Timing and how much N2O I tried the search and it will not work for me on this computer I do not know why. Everytime I use it it just says done and nothing comes up.
Ok well I am ready to spray my car with more nitrous. I am unsing the tnt power ring kit and I plan spraying 250 hp. I have a forged 383 stroker tuned rich for nitrous. I am going to be using the FJO progressive nitrous controller and the MSD 6ls to retard the timing. What is the stock timing on an ls1 and approx how much should I pull. I know it is usually about 2 degrees for every 50 hp. I have ran a 100 shot with base timing approx 38 degrees with no problems. How much timing should I pull for use with pump gas and how much should I pull for vp 103 race gas? I also have tr6 plugs in it right now should I go to an even colder plug? I plan on spraying approx 75 hp out of the hole then progressing to 250 at the 6 second mark as a starting point. I know I may be crazy with a stock tranny and stock rear but I still want to do it.
