HSW window switch problems

HSW window switch problems Just got car back from Futural and the window switch isnt working.The green light engages but then just turns off.Dont know really anything about it and the guys at Futural said the switch is bad,Tried to call HSW but no1 picked up il try them tomorrow again.Anybody have any suggestions or experienced the same problems.
