Default HELP!? Car running lean on 100shot!

Here is the thing, I brought my car to someone that works at superchips, he is tuning it on the side. Well he put a basic tune in first. It was kinda lean then, like a 13.8-14.5 on the a/f so he added some fuel and got the afr perfect, but he said he had to add more than normal. So i put the jets specified from the ny-trex kit in. sprayed at 3,000rpm and by 4,000 it was up to 14.0 a/f and climbing so stoped the pull. So i decieded to put one size larger fuel jet in. So we start again, same way as before but only this time by 4,000rpm it went up to 15.2 a/f so we stoped the pull again. My question is. Could the fuel pum be going bad? Because when i added the larger fuel jet it got leaner. I dont get it. Can anyone shed some light on this situation. THanks

Oh by the way. I have a m6 02 WS6, Stock with full exhaust, lid and below and its a ny-trex kit.

I would start by testing the fuel solenoid. make sure it is working. Then put a fuel pressure gauge on the car and see what the fuel pressure is doing.

I have already checked to see if the solenoid is working, if i turn the kit on but the bottle off. It sprays fuel in and boggs the car down bigtime.

Put a FP Guage on it(as Dave said) and I bet it is not supplying you the fuel pressure you need. Do you have a FPSS?
