00 TA, mac mid's off road y, lid, ESP tune, and a 75 shot threw nitro dave plate, and drag radials.

this is my cousins car, this was his 3rd trip down the track ever, and he just got the car about 3,000 miles ago so his driving wasnt great. pretty damn good tho, you can tell he is a NOYZEE boy

car went 12.60 @ 117.6

pretty happy with the results for sure. little practice at kicking the 2.2 60 foot down, and that cars running low 12's for sure.

saw a ton of f-bodies there, nice meeting the new guys, and good times

Sounds about the same as me. I've maybe raced a total of 15 times down the track, and only 3 or 4 with the nitrous. I ran the 12.7 at 117 with similar bolt-ons on my stock LT1, also briefly kicked it sideways in 1st. On a 100 wet shot using the MAF kit

 

I like those results....i will start off spraying a 75 as well.

With more practice he will see some very good times.

nice mph for a 75shot...... should run low 12's all day long just with a high 1.8 to low 1.9 60'. I bet he was pumped though!

 

it isnt a full bolt on car. its one of the stockest cars i have seen in a long *** time. lol

 

wasnt tryin too make anyone mad ive been curious if anyone ever used the bottle as a #1 mod....
ive got a few more bolt ons than that car so you gave me an idea on what im gonna run with the spray..

 

i would go spay as the first mod. i'm all stock with an slp lid and ran a 12.7 from a 13.4 with roughly a 85 shot. i used an online calcualtor and it said 80hp so it sounds about right with my times.
i've got a 3k stall sitting for the past year but haven't done it since i wasn't sure about my trans condition and changing out the fluid. TC might have taken on 3-4 tenths people say but it would cost $700+ for TC and labor.
nitrous is the best 1st mod IMO unless you spray more than a bottle a week, which isn't hard to do. i live with it because other mods would give me problems with smogging the car and drawing too much attention.

 

^^^ oh no im not stock by any means..i was just curios if anyone had done it and it looks like you have.thats very impressive what you ran...

 

I know you dont want to deal with smog in CA....but you will not be on the bottle very often.....so most of the time you'll be N/A and that means you wont be very fast.
