i was told by another member as long as it was at this angle it would be fine....im not a fan of putting it in the tire well and i have 2 kids so the hump is out of the question..id like to have a few more opinions before i weld these brackets down..

 

Yes that will be fine. Just rotate the bottle nipple to where it is facing down.

thanks dave ive always mounted my bottles pointing forward....mustangs are way easier to put a botttle in
