Default spark plugs

I started to do the cam swap and when I was pulling the plugs out I found that number 3 and 5 (two center plugs on the driver side) the end of the plug was gone. About 2 weeks before this I changed the plugs to tr6's and filled the bottle up and went to play on the street with some friends, used about 3/4 of a bottle.

The next weekend I took the car on about a 50 mile cruse no nitrous just cursing around no missing, no throwing any codes. When I pulled the plugs they look to be burning fine not to lean not to fat just those two ends were gone. I have a tune and I am just spraying a 150 shot, should I have anything to worry about, are should I use a more expensive plug?

yes, you should worry. You're running very lean in those cylinders.

Ive had the same problem many time. Can not figure it out. Ive done it on the dyno and have seen the ends of the plugs fly out the exhaust. There was no knock and it did not go lean at all (10.9-11.4aft). Can not figure it out either. Im using a standalone with 100 octane and 24 degrees.
