COMBINING NITROUS & 4:10 GEARS
I have a 2002 WS6 which has upgraded rod bolts from the factory. I have taken my engine to 7000 rpm at least a couple of hundred times. I haven't worried about the hole weak rod bolt thing. I had to flycut my pistons so I figured while I had it apart I would upgrade my rod bolts to Katech's. If I didn't have it apart I would still be launching on the 2 step at 6,700rpm and power shifting at 7,000rpm. Don't be scared to rev past 6,500rpm.
