wot switch
2nd...my WOT switch has 3 prongs on it which 2 do i connect the power and ground to?
2. It's not a "pwr/gnd" switch. It's a "connect/disconnect". You wouldn't be running pwr and ground to that switch. think of it as an interruption in one electrical line. If you run a ground wire to it, it will be ground coming out of it. The switch has markings:
N.O. = normally open. connecting to this terminal means there is no connection until the switch is activated.
N.C. = normally closed. connecting to this terminal means it is connected until the switch is activated (opposite of above)
C = common. This is the terminal for your incomming line regardless of which way (N.O. or N.C.) you use.
