Default Help me tune my dry shot

First of all, my tuning tools are the stock o2 sensors and the millivolt reading that im getting with my handheld through the LS1M scanner, So if these aren't accurate at all i won't even attempt to tune the thing.

Right now, with my nozzle about 3.5 inches away from my MAF spraying directly at it, im getting a pretty steady reading of 940 millivolts. Im thinking thats a little bit to rich, BUT im not really sure.

Do i want to lean it out a bit? If so, by how much?
And when people say to turn your nozzle away from the maf to lean it out, how much are you actually turning it? Is it like a 45 rotation from being sprayed directly on the sensor?

Until you get something more accurate, I would leave it at 940. The 2 hp loss you MAY be loosing isn't worth running too lean.

Using a wideband would be best, but if all you have are stock O2 sensors it's better then nothing. 940mv is not too rich, should equate 12.2 A/F, if anything you could go richer, but a 12.2 A/F under load is not too bad.

Thanks,
Matt
