Default NOS HI-FLO valve..

I am wondering if I can take out the factory 3000 psi burst disk and put my bottle heater pressure switch into that port...what thread size is that port? Is it AN or NPT? The hi-flo valves do not have an extra port so I can put the switch in. I want to be able to operate my heater without opening the bottle.

This won't work you would need the NOS Super High flow to do that.

Never replace a blow off with anything else. If you did that your bottle would have no way to relieve over pressuring.
You willneed to get a new valve.
