Default Big Dry Shot?

I am looking to put a 200 to 250 hp dry shot on my ss. I was wondering what nozzle to use for this? I have seen the Nitrous outlet has a spray bar that goes into the air lid......would that support that big of a shot or what nozzle would you use to achieve this?

Dual nozzles 3 to 4 inches from MAF will give much better tuning options. Check out some of the threads from the last couple weeks, as I have gone over the tuning methods for the dual nozzle dry hits in detail a few times.

We used a -4 bulkhead......cut the angular part off the top of it and drilled it out to so the jet would sit inside the bulkhead and then used a -4 line from the solinoid to the bulkhead. I think we had a .139 pill in it. That was just to keep the backpressure on the solinoid but we maxed the -4 line out. It made 340 to the tires like that. I have 2 of these setups on my car with 96lb injectors and a 2025A Weldon pump. I don't have a MAF though. It enters the intake tube 3ft before the TB so it has enough time to atominize (sp) before getting sucked in the intake. Hopefully I will have my car on the dyno next weekend so we will find out how it works. I have all 8 EGTs and a BS3 so I should beable to get the tune down really nice if I don't blow it up getting there.LOL

What if the nozzle isn't the ideal location away from the MAF? I think you've commented about the further the greater the tendancy to run leaner? What about closer as in post MAF or MAFless aplications?

I remember that from the dry direct port thread about non maf aplications. What about general dry kit tuning? Nozzle location vs. A/F ratio?

If search is working do a search for my posts/threads. i did one showing locations and resulting a/f ratio, or known good starting locations. And all the pertanent info on how to set these up, and make adjustments. I don't have time right know to find the threads in my favs, as I have hundreds and not in order.
