Default Should I use TR7's?

I am going to run atleast a 200 shot on a forged bottom end, and I have 11.4 compression, and I do have a racetronix fuel pump. Should I run TR7's at the nitrous level, cause I may go up to a 250 shot if the fuel pump can support it.

Right now I do have TR6's in the car.

On a side note, what would you suggest I start the timing at when we tune the car?

Thanks.

Me personally, I would run a 7 heat range plug on a 200 shot, on a 250 I might go to an 8 heat range. Spark Plug Reference Chart sticky has some good info:
