ECT + Potentiometer Timing Mod

A buddy of mine said that there was a thread somewhere that had detailed instructions and a parts list on how to set this up. Just wondering if anyone can remember if its in this section or another cause I guess it was posted about 2 yrs ago and the search function keeps going out and is driving me nuts.
