Default Nitrous line question

I have a NX direct port system. It has the single distribution block that sits on the center of the intake. Will the 4an line that runs from the Nitrous solenoid to the bottle support over a 200 shot? I have 28N / 16F jets in the system. This is supposed to be a 250hp shot if I am correct. The car is not any faster mph wise in the 1/8th. Is the 4an line holding it back or am I too rich on the fuel side jet?

well did you at least check the plugs or have a wideband? that will tell you if you're rich. The -4an is pretty small, might want to upgrade to -6 if you're going 250 shot.

I did check the plugs and it is running rich on the kit. I wasn't for sure if it was the line or too rich of a fuel jet.
