Default Heater install ?

Just want to make sure the pressure switch for the bottle heater goes between the main feedline and where the bottle gets filled??? So technicaly that would mean the bottle has to be open before you should turn on the heater?

That is correct. You could install the pressure switch in the port on the bottle too.

That has the advantage of being able to have one pressure switch for multiple bottles, but the danger of forgeting to open the bottle for the pressure switch to work when heating. If you heat the bottle without it open, you may risk blowing the rupture disk and losing $60 worth of Nitrous (about enough to put a pressure switch on the other bottle).

I like the switch on the bottle so it allows the heater to function with the bottle closed.
