Just what the title says, I have the LS6 Manifold.

 

There are several different ways you can go. We have plumbed several DP setups on LS1 and LS6 intake manifolds.

Here are a few of my DP kit I had on an LS6 intake.

 

The easiest would be to go with the NOS Nozzle kit, which goes under each injector, and doesn'r require and bending of lines, or drilling of the intake.
