42lb injectors for the 100 dry/150 plate.
Should get you there so long as you're under about 440rwhp with the cam/heads. You could consider just buying a standalone system, but the idea for the pump/injectors may still be a need with that heads/cam setup you have going there.
If you're looking at the setup you have, Im going to estimate between 440-460 n/a rwhp, and about 700 if you go for a full 250rwhp shot overall. Thats a lot of horsepower, I hope you realize that.

well yeah i do realize that .. im leaning more torwards the progresive set up ... and im not gonna start right at 250 .. ill start at 100 and work my way up... ill be running c16 when ever i do use the juice ..wnt be driving the car much other than to street race and track events....
any advantages of 100 dry 150 wet over the progressive 250 shot ?

your going to have to run more pump. you will not make anywhere close to your goal if you think a single 255 is going to last.
look at going with a dual intank setup on a wot/hobbs switch. so that you can run 1 pump if you just drive around and then the second pump will activate under heavy load.
another option is an inline pump. they will ultimatley hold more power.
good luck.
