ok ... my engine build up consist of a 02 ls1block and :

tsp 2.5 5.3l heads milled
ms4 cam
arp head studs
cometics head gaskets
eagle h beam rods with arp 2000 bolts
diamond piston and full seal rings
stock crank
fast 90/90
Electric waterpump
long tune 1 7/8 headers

fuel :stock inj and 255lph in tank pump ...but will be upgrading inj soon .. how much bigger ??

nitrous kit ... nitrous outlets total packege 90 plate kit ..

im looking for a 250rwhp shot ... of course with a great tune and 116 race gas with the juice

im thinking of running the full 250shot with a progressive controller trough the 90mm plate..

or would it be better for a 150 plate and 100 dry ?

ill have all the safety products WOT switch and window switch... a wideband Af gauge botle heater blowdown ect ect...

any ideas on how much power with the juice ? torque?

what else do i need to complete my goals ? what am i missing ? anything to knw before everthings done !?!?

also were could i pick up a good progressive controller? i was thinking of nitrous outlets progressive controller... any of u running this controller ?

well engines almost fully asembeld and im getting the rest of the parts ima need to get it done just need some imput from u nitrous gurus...

42lb injectors for the 100 dry/150 plate.

Should get you there so long as you're under about 440rwhp with the cam/heads. You could consider just buying a standalone system, but the idea for the pump/injectors may still be a need with that heads/cam setup you have going there.


If you're looking at the setup you have, Im going to estimate between 440-460 n/a rwhp, and about 700 if you go for a full 250rwhp shot overall. Thats a lot of horsepower, I hope you realize that.

well yeah i do realize that .. im leaning more torwards the progresive set up ... and im not gonna start right at 250 .. ill start at 100 and work my way up... ill be running c16 when ever i do use the juice ..wnt be driving the car much other than to street race and track events....

any advantages of 100 dry 150 wet over the progressive 250 shot ?

so the single 255 wont work ... ill probably stick an inline pumps soon at the tunners recomandtation and prob the 42lbs inj..

any other opinions ?

your going to have to run more pump. you will not make anywhere close to your goal if you think a single 255 is going to last.

look at going with a dual intank setup on a wot/hobbs switch. so that you can run 1 pump if you just drive around and then the second pump will activate under heavy load.

another option is an inline pump. they will ultimatley hold more power.
