Default New to nitrous - plug and timing question

I just bought an NX wet kit. I plan on buying a plate for it, using a window switch, FPSS, etc. I will only be spraying a 50-75 shot with it. I have the following already:

2000 M6
LS6 intake
ported stock TB
232/238 114lsa cam
stage 2 5.3L heads
LTs and duals
basically stock tuning (runs 13:1 at WOT per a wideband) - NO timing changes from stock
42# injectors
stock fuel pump (for now)

It has 440rwhp and 410rwtq through a heavy 9" rear. I use TR55s gapped at 0.050 or so. My questions are:

1) Should I use TR6s or a colder plug?
2) Should I gap them (the TR6s) at 0.035"?
3) Should I change the timing any?
4) Do I need to change my fuel pump first?

I would prefer to stay with the stock pump, TR6s at 0.035" ish, and not modify the timing any.

Thanks for the advice.

If you go with a dry hit, you need not change timing. But you will need more pump. If you only plan on spraying a max of 75, I would definitely say go with a dry kit and a good window switch along with a racetronix or walbro setup with a hotwire, and then the tr6s. I would start at .032" gap and then move up slowly while checking plugs after pulls. Obviously dont go so far that youre having blowout though.

Definitely using a wet kit as I have already bought it.

1) TR6'S will be fine for your shot
2) .035 is where most guys run.
3) 2* per 100 shot is the rule of thumb
4) it would be a good idea.

1. Tr6's will be fine.
2. They come pregaped at .035 ( Gap still needs to be double checked )
3. If the timing is stock then you should be ok but if not i would at least take 2-3*'s out to be 100% safe. ( If you have a way to adjust the timing it would be better to play it safe and take some timing out at first and add it back in after you know you are ok )
4. You will probably be able to get away with the stock pump ( The stock pump is rated to around 450hp ) but would be better to upgrade to the Racetronix system ( will net you fueling capable of supporting around 650rwhp ).

Thanks for all the inputs, guys. I am planning on a Racetronix unit, but the funding doesn't allow it now.

I have HP Tuner, but was hoping to be able to spray a small shot without changing the timing.
