Default where to aim nozzle on ls1 airlid?

installing a buddy's nitrous system today. drilling/pluming for the nozzle on the left side of the air lid. which direction should i aim the nozzle (toward the maf/engine side or toward the front of the car so it disperses better first? i've seen ls1s put 2 nozzles on (split to one on each side) is this better or is just putting one on one side ok?

i think you're the same guy that posted this ? on z28.com. anyways, here's how i did mine. forgive the crappy cell phone pic. batteries were dead in the canon. i haven't sprayed it yet to see how it works because i have a custom n/a tune and need to pull some timing first.

This IS a dry kit, right? If it's a wet kit, you prob want to think about placing the nozzles behind the MAF from what I have been reading and seeing.
