Default need help with nos kit

i have a 05 gto with a turbo 400 and 3600 stall it made 445 whp n/a. I want to put on a 150 or 200 shot. what kind of power should it pick up?? i was not sure b/c of being a th400. the kit iam looking at is tnt f1 or f2

A 150 shot should net you newhere from 140-160hp and the 200hp shot should be newhere from 190-215hp ( Depending on the tune ). Keep in mind that every cat/ application have different results.

depends on what kit and im sure with the th400 over the stock trans it would be a notable difference.... lots of power

Torque increase can be calculated at various RPMs by just assuming you're making roughly 150-200hp more at any given RPM.

i have a plate system on it now jeted at 175 shot i picked up 140 whp and only 83 tq

Maybe for peak numbers, check out other RPMs. You gained a LOT more than 83tq at lower RPMs.
