Default Bottle issues?

Ever since I bought my 10 LB NX bottle, I keep having issues with my purge and I think that the bottle is causing it. What happens is the following: the purge stays open because it has a little piece of debris not allowing the main seal to close up correctly. The first time it did this, the purge was replaced. Second time... the shop who sold me the bottle opened it up and discovered this little sucker was torn up.

I dont know the name...so a picture will do?

It was missing some pieces and it was lodging itself in the purge. Alright, well that piece was replaced, and now the PURGE stayed open again. Yes... 3 times... I have wasted over $100 dollars on nitrous just because the purge and the bottle. This time I had barely filled it up...when it did it again. It works fine for a bottle or two, then dislodges something and purge stay open. I bought the bottle new...

This last time I did it, I opened it up myself and everything seems intact. (That's where I took the picture of that little piece). I have had the lines cleaned and checked to make sure no trash is in there, and each time they are fine. I never leave the line dangling there. I always close it up when the bottle is not hooked up.

I have a remote bottle opener, if that's relevant or not...idk?

Any help guys... I'm thinking about dropping the bottle and picking up another one

Just a thought but you might try a nitrous filter

I bought an NX Nitrous Filter yesterday and cleared my lines. Hopefully that works.

Any other ideas?
