Default keep cats with n20 or get ride of em?

i have borla and love the sound of it with my stock cats. i've heard that u dont actually gain that much removing the cats, but with nitrous everyone suggests to ditch them. is this for tuning, more power and/or safty? im sure the extra flow would be needed, but i like the sound. i have an off road Y, and don't have money for LT yet. what do u guys think? cats or no?

Default Keeping mine on.

I'm getting N20 installed on my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am and I'm keeping my catalytic conv. However I have 3'' super high flow cat's on my exhaust system and I'll be running with the 3'' cut out open when I run at the track.I'm keeping my cats on mostly for the yearly inspections.

After a few hits on the gas, you may notice bits of honey comb falling out of your tail pipes if you exhaust is a flow through design. If not, those bits will be getting stuck in your muffler.

My cats with nitrous got hollowed the **** out. It was hilarious. No matter what you decide, spraying on the car will decide for you
