Sprayed with no jet in the Fogger
Had a H/C swap along with 3.90 and a DTE done over the last few weeks..Racetronix and a RAM Powergrip HD yadda yadda..and had the car dyno & street tuned on and off spray ..dont recall exact numbers but some where around 544 RWFtLB TQ on spray on a mustang dyno..Bottles at 900-1000 PSI.
Builder/tuner says its pig rich and they didnt want to adjust fuel via HP tuners but to fiddle with jet sizes to fix the rich condition on spray. Jets arrive and today I goto swap them.. I take of the fuel feed line to nozzle and pull fuel jet..
size =30
Try to take the nitrous feed off and the jet holder twists out of the nozzle..no biggie.. but some backup on nozzle holder and turn the nitrous feed line off... and guess what jet pops out...SIZE 0..none..zip..zilch..nadda..no jet in there..
They/I have been spraying my car without a jet in the nozzle for about a week now? How did motor hold together? How could it be so rich with a 30 fuel jet and no nitrous jet? I traced all the feed lines and made sure im seeing what im seeing , but theres a 30 in the fuel and nothing in the Nitrous..

Man u can't win for losing! Maybe run down to TNT and get one of their nozzles. They are probably more stout than the Zex one your running and i guarantee that it will flow better. U just don't seem to have luck with Zex!
P.S.- Nitrous still engaging right?

Yeah it still works.. i'm thrilled.. i had a tenhundredbajillion shot for a week.. that kicked ***..my engine didnt blow..thats cool.. then i kill joyed my self my checking the jets..only to find i didnt have one in the N side and a 30 in the F side..I ran it this afternoon with Phillip in the car with a 150 shot.. and i was disappointed.. he said it was hella fast tho in the passenger seat

It really sounds like your nitrous and fuel feed lines are swapped to the nozzle. With a 30 jet and no jet on the nitrous side would put you lean not rich. And IF it would make u rich it sure wouldn't go fat that bad! Thats insane!

Hey just take both jets out and please let me know what happens after a couple of runs.
I have a zex kit and my car is very rich too. I have a different year computer in my car so the tuner could increase fuel delivery. I think if I was to lean it out it would run .2 to .3 tenths quicker N/A but running rich sure gives me that warm cozy fealing when I am on the juice.
I have heard Zex kits are one of the weaker kits because they rate hp at crank not at wheels like TNT or HSW kits.

I traced the lines.. its no pill in the nitrous side I'm dumbfounded as well
