Customer Service update/ Console switch panel To whom this concerns.
As a effort to continue offering the best customer service possible I am sending out this letter for our customers that are waiting on the Nitrous Outlet console switch panel with small gauge. These units have been on back order for over 1 month now. We just received our shipment back from the fabrication shop and these units were not in the box.
The order for these units were placed over two months ago with many of our other custom switch panels. Since the order was placed there had been many of phone calls between us and the fabrication shop checking on this particular switch panel. During these calls back and forth we were told that we would have these units shortly. The anodize was holding up us receiving the order.
Once receiving the order it came to our attention that the console switch panel with gauge was not in the box. Instead they had built the console switch panel with 5 rocker switches and no gauge. After calling the fabrication shop about this they said that there must had been a mix up and they would get started on the correct item right away.
Regardless how fast they try to get these units to us we are looking at least another two weeks before we have them. I know this is going to cause a problem and become quite a inconvience for several of our customers. For this reason I am sending out this letter with my apology.
I understand that my apology does not fix the fact that we are still on back order on this particular switch panel. Please understand we are doing everything we can to get this switch panel back in stock. These switch panels are outsourced and go through several different plants to be made in the manner that they are. They go to a water cutter to be cut, the fabrication shop to be broke, and then to the anodizer to be anodized and laser etched. Since these units go through different hands to be produced ship times and production times can create an issue with time span’s. This is the matter in this case. We are doing everything in our power to get these switch panels in stock and fill the back orders. I promise we are calling every few days and pestering them on this item.
If you have a standing back order for this particular switch panel. We may have some other styles that may or may not fit your needs. I understand if you would like to cancel your order. If you have a back order for this item and are willing to wait we will be sending a free Nitrous Outlet T-shirt with the switch panel when we are able to ship. Please contact your sales man and let them know what size shirt you wear. Please understand this issue is not your sales mans fault and that they have no control over this issue.
