wierd stuff in motor happening need help motor is a 13 to 1 408

nx 90 tb
tr 6 plugs
dedicated at 5.5 psi
factory size arp head studs
cometic mls head gaskets
101 unleaded
20 degrees timing
everything was put together to exact spec and was all brand new
sprayed a 225 through a big shot plate on a victor jr efi intake with a elbow in my last run it popped something. found out later it fire slotted the head right below the exhaust ports on the number 4 cylider destroyed the head gasket and all the plugs on the passenger side of the motor. driver side was fine no problems at all. oil filled with coolant. any help of maybe some problems that others have run with similar setups that may have had a similar issue if maybe atomization will not properly happen with the elbow and and the way the air crosses the plate.
