150hp jets = 80rwhp?
Here are the results of my three dyno runs. The first two were done with the converter locked and the third was with it unlocked. All three runs were spraying a 125 wet shot. Notice there is about a 40HP difference between locked and unlocked. All mods are listed in my sig. I did have a N/A dyno run with the same mods on a different dyno and I dyno'd around 270 RWHP with the converter unlocked. I was definitely happy with the 425 RWHP dyno run (locked), but not overly impressed with the 383 (unlocked) run. However it is still much better than 270
I probably will get another N/A dyno just to have another set of #s to compare, because 270 seems low.

If it helps any I was running an hsw kit with the small noids and 150 hp jets and only picked up 90 hp on the dyno with the converter locked. THis is after I made 410 na. I switched nozzle and jets, (different brand) and it was night and day, good enough for 10.84 @126 bouncing off the rev limter in first gear with a 100% stock suspension drag radial car. I would be leaning towards the nitrous setup, maybe converter but I didn't change my converter and it was night and day! Good luck

Sorry I have not had time till now to look over the board. I do not really see a issue with a slipping convertor on the graph.
I would start with the nitrous system. Do a flow test on the parts you have. If the companies you bought the parts from can not walk you through the correct procedures on how to do this give one of our techs a call or shoot me a pm. We have the knowledge to help you and will be happy to do so.
