Default does anyone get their bottle inspected periodically?

I noticed today the sticker on my bottle said to have it inspected/tested every 5 years, I am thinking it is about 7 years since I got it. It has never sat totally empty so I dont think moisture/corrosion should be a factor. You would think I would have read the whole sticker once in 7 years. Anyway Just wondering what you think. Thanks

You should periodically totally empty your bottle before filling, as after a while the small amount of air that is put in each fill adds up, and then a **** poor mix.

.

They don't go by year anymore, as long as it's a legal bottle & stamped.
Listen to Robert, I drain my bottles every so often, for the reason he said.
But I also only put 1 pass on a bottle, so I fill mine more than most people.

Ok then, I did not think about emptying it totally, i guess I'll do that this time. appreciate it. I guess I thought there was some sort of structural reason. thanks
