haha ......That should help it not wheelie right?

We are going to get it up on my lift tonite and see whats up with it for sure.
I may take it to the track on Sunday if we can get it fixed.

We need to tighten up the limiters some more

Mine wheelstands less with the front end higher, not to mention it doesnt come down near as hard either

I made some bump stops on the shocks to stop the front from bottoming, that plus heavier front springs and raising the front up some = 1.25 60 foots with no limiters and 6" wheelstands. I use the two step to adjust my wheelies, 3500rpm equals bumper drag, 2700rpm equals a nice peaceful ride.

kp, good call. i also run a stronger spring with less bounce to help soke up some landing.

timming out of the hole also helped me, i kicked 2 degrees to 6k rpm and it helped HUGE!!

Nice runs !! It sounds like you are still on it way past the traps. If so, would it be beneficial to run a different rearend gear ?

It would help at the end of the 1/4 but it would want to wheelie more.

Plus it cruises real nice with 3.73's and 30" tire on it.

KP, we have talked about going to a stronger spring over the winter.
I'm leaving off the foot brake. 1500rpms.

Noyzee, we are going to tighten up the limiters and shocks if that doenst work I'll try taking some timing out.

Thanks guys!

Believe it or not my car runs exactly the same off the footbrake as the trans brake until I go above 3000rpm on the two step beacuse the boost starts coming up pretty good at that rpm. Thats just a sign you have the right converter in the car.

I use a 300lb QA1generation F spring right now. It really calmed the car down a bunch and I dont scrape the headers on the brakes anymore stopping which is nice.

Just takes some experimenting..

for what its worth as well, my car left harder at 3000 rpm of the t-brake/2 step then it did at 3500.
it went right up to the moon i thoght i was screwed, i let out just to let the spray off and i think because the car makes steam on motor, it kept the front up and helped it from slamming down. (still touched the headers and front ground fx) but then i put the 2 step up 500 rpm and gave the converter less flash and it hit hard, went a 1.30 60 on the rear tires but i still had to let out for a split second.
pulled 2* and boom, it hit the tire mint carried a good 50 feet and sat down mint.

it takes a while, once you find a good tune up, then just work on suspention and you will pick up tons.

car is very impressive for sure!!!

A nitrous car is a little different then a centri blower car off the line. Pretty much the higher the 2 step (to a point) the more boost is sttiing there when I let go of the brake. Now if I turn off the two step it will flash to 5500 on the brake and leave like a turtle

Nitrous is a little touchy with bottle pressure, purging, timers etc but once it all works together a good leaving nitrous car is pretty awesome. One thing for sure about nitrous, supercharger, NA or turbo 4th gens, doing wheelstands is a problem and not a good thing
