Default audible noise from bottom end of nitrous motor

when building a motor for n20 i understand that you want the compression ring a little loose, but i was taught that, that is the only thing in the bottom end changed for n20.. am i wrong,

should i hear an audible noise from the bottom end on a motor built speceifically for nitrous. sounds like a constant piston slap..

i have a video oif i can e-mail it to someone to host for me

No you shpuld not here a load noise like a knock style sound. However if you have forged pistons it is common to here some risk pin noise.
