Default N/A Tune w/ spray?

I was wondering...once I get my car dyno tuned....can I still run my 150 shot on that tune with just a timming twister, or would I have to get it tuned for the shot? Let me know what you guys think I should do....

Yes have them tune the car for NA and then use the timming twister to poull the timming and then have them dial in the airfuel for the nitrous.

Is there anything like this for an LT1 car up to a 200 horse shot?
