Wideband Help Just installed a new autometer wideband on my truck... Was wondering what a good safe a/f ratio is.. On motor and with 150 shot??? And whats the leanest it should get? Has a fresh built 408 and nx single nozzle wet kit. Any help... Thanks..

ya wanna shoot for an A/F around 11.8 on the spray and 12.8-13.2on motor....but you may get differant opinions depending on who you ask. this is what we shoot for to be on the safe side. hope this helps
I'd have to agree...I was gonna say 11.5 on the juice, but that difference is negligible....Just make sure to run a *bit* more rich on spray, to be on the safe side. Personally, I wouldn't go much over 13.00 N/A, to start....But thats really gonna depend on how it acts. I say datalog it, make sure you don't get any detonation, and you'll have your best results by putting in on a dyno and seeing what A/F submits the best results....Or, you could take it to the track and see what puts up the best times
