Very nice Robert!

The injector calculator was very easy for me to understand, and that is saying something!

The scaling was also pretty clear. I'm just starting to learn some of the beginner basics of tuning, and this really shed some light on a few things.

I always suggest going up in size from what the math shows, why, because we all know that you'll be upsizing your dry shot.

I use .55 for nitrous, a little safety margin, however, you can use .5 if you like.

In this case we are scaling new 42lb Ford SVO injectors.

Now we will use this data in the next step.
Now, we will use this data, in the next step.

I do this in a way that every step I take is a new tune saved, that way, if you make a mistake you can go back one tune and start the new step/proceedure over.

I will add more infoformation on this process as time allows.

Robert one quick question I have a 2003 RCSB truck 5.3 with regulated return. when I look at my current tune my IFR is the same across the board. When I install new injectors will I have to use same method or have the number ramp up across the board like the scaling you did? Thanks

You can do it my way, or you can do it with the Excel spreadsheet to compare. prob be OK either way. Though being the same across the board does not sound correct. check the tune section and in sticky is a tune data base, there you check to see what other stock tables guys run with the same vehicle for insight. have you had someone tune it?

Jeremy Formato tuned I have HP Tuners and check several stock tunes in the repository and for the year with return system numbers same across the board. only the new ones with the returnless fuel system have scaling

Well, then if you do it my way with the multiplier it will stay relative across the board as you say it should, but with the new correct number.
