Default My Experience with Nitrous Outlet..

I finally decided to pull the trigger on buying a kit this november. With Staff like Chris & Ray, Nitro Dave's company was my primary choice for a N20 supplier.

I made an order in early November for a load of parts!

860 Performance Heater
860 Sparetire Bracket
Nitrous Outlet -4 Purge
FPSS x2
Nitrous Outlet N20 Filter
Nitrous Outlet Dual stage window switch
NX Gemini plate kit

Well, about a week after the order I started receiving parts. This was killer because getting new toys in the mail is always fun

I didnt get my actual kit just yet, NX was taking forever to machine my plate. Chris helped me out and stayed on NX till they finally shipped it out, but not the whole kit either It was everything minus the plate.

Once the kit arrived I realized that it had low pressure jets, I ordered a high pressure system. So Ray let me send him the jets and he swapped them out for free. NX's fault, Rays resolution. Meanwhile I still had Chris help me figure out what was taking NX so long to ship my plate that I had already paid for. They kept giving both of us excuses to why it hadnt shipped. Well It shipped in early January and I got it today.

Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy that I chose Nitrous Outlet. The customer service was there each and everytime they picked up the phone. And the Quality of the parts they sell are outstanding.
Thanks!

Tony.

Tony,
Thanks for the kind words. I know NX had your plate on back order for a long time. See you at the LTX shoot out.
Thanks for your support

From now on all Nitrous parts from my car are going to come from them. I called to ask a question about a dedicated fuel system and ended up getting a lot more info than I requested. I asked them about direct port systems, plate systems and then we just started talking cars.

Ray asked what all I had done to my car and then told me what all he had going on with his. I have never EVER talked to someone from ANY company that just wanted to bullshit. It was seriously like I was talking to an old friend.

From one phone call you guys blew me away with your courtesy and friendliness. No other company will get my business and I know where I will go for all my nitrous needs!

I haven't personally ordered anything from Nitro Dave's yet, BUT Chris spent at least an hour with me on the phone this past summer helping me with a wiring issue, and right now is helping me with a big wiring project

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the help!

Hey man how do you like that Street Bob?? Could you tell any difference between the 96" and the 88"?? I have an 05 Night Train with the stage 1, V&H Big Radius, SE EFI Race Tuner and a dyno tune and that thing runs pretty good.

I am actually debating about doing a 96" kit from a local dealer, it is a custom kit and guys around the area with the kit are putting down 100-105 HP to the wheel. Then I might throw some juice to it!!!
