Default Torque Setting for Blowdown Fitting

I have a nitro daves setup and 2 weeks ago I blew out the saftey burst disc, I have a new one but what do I need to torque that blowdown fitting (with the burst disc inside it) down to?

i would just snug it up.my instructions said 15 lbs. but if your torque wrench is off you will burst the disk. it happened to me.the guy that filled my bottle put a new disk in ,so far o.k. don't put any pipe dope on the threads.put it on dry.also i heard you should change the fitting also if you blow the disk.i did not do the fitting, just put a new disk.guess i got lucky.cost me 62.00 instead of 42.50 to fill the bottle my first time because of a inaccurate torque wrench.
