is this a good deal? Theres a guy here in town that wants to sell his kit. I just dont know anything about this stuff any i want to know if theres everything there to make it safe.

I would go with a new kit from a forum Vendor, unless you were getting a little more like him installing it for ya, and a full bottle.

Im really wondering if i should even run it through my setup, im running pretty high compression runnign hyperneutic pistons, with chromoly plasma rings. i was only planning on running a 100 shot at most. But i dont know anything about this stuff.

any kit hsw makes is a good set-up. and high compression works great for nitrous. your set-up looks like it would love nitrous.
with the tune you have from pcmforless, you'll want it retuned if it was set-up for all-motor. other than that, i say go for it!
