fuel leak?

Just got my nx wet kit installed and tested it with the nozzle out and after it stops spraying the fuel drips out of the nozzle for a few seconds, is the solenoid bad?

It should just be the left over fuel in the line dripping out.

This is where the short lines are preferred. the shorter the line from the solenoid to the plate means less fuel to collect after the solenoid.
