easy enough and you don't have to cut into anything that will be noticable if you put it back to stock.

if your talking about the hump under your mount in the other post, it is your driveshaft, exhaust, and e-brake lines.

how close is all that stuff? i have some threaded bits and if i drill down and make threads, is that really close or will i have some room to play with?

the exhaust and driveshaft are far enough away to use a three inch bit but if you are drilling on top and not the side then the cable could be in the way. if you are drilling on the sides then you should be fine, just drill slow.
