Nitrous FPSS Question

Nitrous FPSS Question
I'm trying to get all the fittings and safety switches that i need before finishing my install. I know from my searching that there is some mixed reviews on wether to use a FPSS or not, I'm choosing to use one. So the questions i have are this: what size FPSS should i get, i have looked at some and im assuming 25min to 50max would work for my application. Are there any FPSS' that you guys recommend for a 97 C5 stock fuel system with a 125 shot of nitrous? The FPSS im looking at is on summit part #NOS-15685NOS Once i get a FPSS at what pressure do most of you guys set yours too? I know FPSS have a 1/8" NPT connection so will this fitting from summit work: part # EAR-100201ERL, its a pressure gauge adapter with 4 an input/output with a 1/8" NPT side tap. I plan on using a HP tuner and a friend of mine to retard the timing and get the nitrous tuned in. Thanks for the input guys.
Should the FPSS be normally open or closed?

Those parts will work....but here is a another option.

this gives you a 28 to 65 psi range which is better suited to the LS1's normal operating range
