Default Timing question

Timing question. I'm shooting a 180 shot but I also have a Hypertec Power Programmer III. I know the "power tune" advances timing and I'd like to keep it active when I'm not using the nitrous. I'm installing a Timing Tuner to retard the timing when I'm using the nitrous.

My quesiton is this. Does anyone know how much timing I would have to pull to compinsate for the PPIII power tune and the normal retard for the nitrous hit?

1-1 1/2 degrees per 50 motor h/p pull closer to 1 1/2 if you're going to spray a lot. So i would pull 4 1/2 degrees.

I appreciate the recommendation but I'm not sure you've answered my question. My unknown here is how much timing does the HPIII advance with it's "Power Programming"? I need to compensate for it in addition to the standard retard per 50. So is the 4 1/2 your recommendation to offset the HPIII programming advance?

Well the 2000's have 28 on the top end already if I'm not mistaken. Though I'd still have to check my laptop. They also have a dip around 4.2k down to I want to say 24 and then they move up to 28 after that. After all of the "you don't need 30 some odd degrees of timing in an LS1" I've just left mine alone and got rid of the timing dip, now if I could just get rid of that damn flat spot at 3000rpm I'd be really happy.
