Default Timing Tuner Problem NEED HELP !!

Today I was going over everything to make sure everything is working before taking the car to be tuned . I recently did a H/C swap along with all the boltons and a dyno-tune wet kit , wideband o2 sensor, and the timing tuner .The problem I am having is the car will only run if the minimum RPM switch is set on zero and the #4 mode switch is in the on position . If I try to change the setting on either of the switches the car will stall and will not re-start until I return them to above mentioned settings . If I change them with the engine off the car will not start . I went over all the wiring with a fine toothed comb and everything is correctly wired according to the instructions . The nitrous system works for sure as I removed the fuel line from the spray nozzle and stuck it inside a plastic bottle, placed a vacume cap over the fuel nozzle so there would not be any vacume leaks and with the engine running , I pressed the WOT switch and the solenoids activated which sprayed gas into the bottle , the nitrous bottle is empty because I have not filled it yet . I'm thinking there is something wrong with RPM circuit on the timing tuner that is either grounding out the ignition or opening the crank signal to the computer . Does anyone know if these tuners can be repaired if there is something bad or broken inside ? I would really appreciate some help on this matter so I can get my car back on the road again.

They can be repaired but it would have to sent in to the manufacturer to repair.

Definately sounds like an internal fault. Where did you buy this and how long ago?

Here's the update : I spoke with a gentleman at Full Throttle today and explained to him what was happening with the Timing Tuner . He said it is definately a malfunction with the internals and to ship it back to them to be fixed and or replaced under warranty . It's nice to know that some venders actually stand behind their products !
