Default Im new to nitrous, can someone fill me in?

Hey i am completly new to nitrous and was wondering what all i will need for the install. I plan to buy the moneymaker ls6 intake with a full nx kit. (Any good or bad things about this set up?) My car has 101,000 miles on it with full exhaust/slp lid/3.73s. It is also a daily driver (A4) and probly wont use it often, but id like to know its there when i want it . What is the biggest shot i could run but still be safe for my motor? What all should i upgrade while installing? Is there any write ups on how to install and how it even works lol? I have a general idea but id like to know more if possible. I know i shouldnt be getting it if i dont know how to use it but im only 18 and have to learn somehow . I also might run a cam? What size should i get if i do choose to run nitrous? Also if i get a cam, what will you have to do to the timing so when you are spraying, the motor is fireing before the piston gets to the top? Any other information would help. THANX!!!!!!

Heres a big help, go to nitro daves and he can help you out alot. Just a little advice but Start small my friend. Learn the basics first, like bolt ons aka lid, subframe connectors, panhard bar, strut tower, ect. For one youll strengthen your car to better handle the force put on it by spraying two, youll build confidence and get to know youre car more. Buuuuttttt if you spray perhaps talk to a local performer shop and get a custom grind cam. You just tell them your goals and bam! they do all the rest. Best to leave big stuff to the professionals. Oh when you get the nitrous installed theyll tune the timing for ya hope I helped. Good luck man glad to have you in the hobby!

yah talk to a vendor, other then that start small like stated. i have a 100 shot on the girlfriends 110,000 mile ws6 m6 and she likes it. dont cheap out, get all the stuff to run it safely. once you do a cam everything changes and the motor is a new animal. nitro dave can help and the products he has is top notch.

the right ups are everywhere or you can just go by the instructions and as far as how it works, simply put, it puts more air and fuel in the cylinder to make more power (before people jump my ***, i was being simple, i know there is more to it)

finally, search has a lot of good stuff hidden there. i learned alot from there.

Your stock bottom end can safely handle up to a 150 shot. keep in mind you will need a fuel system to support the hP and a tune. I am shooting you a pm with some info..
