Default Timing Tuner issues...bad stuff

New problem, new thread....

I cant get the timing tuner to set the upper RPM by the procedure in the manual. The red led wont light at all like it should for 10sec to reprogram itself. But the green one lights up when the engine is running.

When I set the lower RPM at 3500, the engine stalls at idle when arming switch is on,and the timing tuner red/green lights in alternance(it should mean that the timing tuner isnt wired correctly to N2O relay)?? When the engine RPM is over 3500 it still wants to stall when I arm the switch but I turn off the switch and everything is ok..

Everything is wired correctly double checked it.

I think the problem could be the diablo programmer with the HPP on top of that I used to set the cutoff and the diff ratio.

Any idea what it could be?? I knew it would turn this way with the tuner

maybe I need the exact wiring diagram for wet kit/timing tuner/FPSS. I used the diagram for wet kit/timing tuner and I added the FPSS at the end...

yep, you are right:

my arming switch was powered direct from 12v source, and not from a keyed 12v source. SO the unit was never off. SO it couldnt detect the procedure for the upper RPM that has to be started when the unit is off...

Hope I'm right, I'll see tomorrow...

Well, I did wire the switch from a keyed source and its still not working??

The green LED lights but the red one never does, even when the switch is armed

I know I'm supposed to wire my FPSS inline between the gray wire(timing tuner) and the black wire of N2O relay.

I really dont know whats the problem! I'm really stuck, any input anyone????

****update****Well, I found out that the red led dont need to light up to activate upper RPM cutoff(found this on the 26thpage of my search..). I went to try it and it WORKS!!!
