Default Nitro Dave's Plate Kit Installed

Just your basic kit..... I tried best I could to do it as economical as possible. 1) Bought the bottle from someone local (New but 1/2 the price)
2) Bought the plate lightly used (Good as new but again 1/2 the price)
3) Bought the rest of the kit (brand X) from Nitro Daves (minus bottle)

Just wanted to post this up as an idea for an inexpensive way to do a nice little plate kit and here are the pics for install ideas.

Tucked the solenoids up under the cowl

I wonder if your fuel line being so long will cause you to go lean at all?

???? Hell I dunno? That's just the two lines that nitrous outlet includes with the kit? The one from the rail back to the solenoid (which is under the cowl), and then the other goes from the solenoid up to the plate.

ya that line looks awful long. that 950 pressure will get there before 60 so pounds of fuel. I would shorten that fuel line some if i was you.

So I guess you guys are saying that Nitro Dave's has been selling kits with dangerously long fuel lines? I trust that those guys know what works better than most, I guess I'll find out!

Any lean spike with those 24" lines probably won't be enough to make a ****, or else nitrous outlet would have changed them. The fuel line is -3an usually, less volume than the -4 nitrous line. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

That is a REALLY clean setup, I like the way you have the lines run to the plate.

That's pretty much what I was thinking....those guys have forgotten more about nitrous stuff than I'll probably ever know.

Thanks...that was the goal, clean and cheap!

Install looks good. Please send your pictures in for our customer page.
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/customerCars/help.asp

The hoses that come in our systems are 2ft long. Our plate does not have the flow issues that some other companies have. For this reason our system works well with the 2 ft hoses on both the fuel and nitrous. On some cercumstance there has been issues of lean spikes which can be tuned out by shortning the lenght on the fuel hose. However 9 out of 10 cars will not see this issue...

That is odd, I running a simular set-up (on a C5) and those are the lines that come with the kit.
