Default Spark plug wires cause misfire:safe to spray?

I'm getting a misfire code at high rpm(6000-6600) and I'm wondering if its dangerous to spray?

My spark plug wires are done..if any sponsor can chime in for a quote on nice GM wires, would be great!

**** GM wires for the spray. You need to get a MSD at least.

sounds like your blowing out spark, which means you need to upgrade the wires!!!

I have Accel and they are my old wires. I had MSD just before and I really dont like em. They burn easily on LT headers and are really hard to pop them in tight. They lasted me 2months. I need accel or GM.

Honestly, I've used cheap autozone wires for a long time and have never had a problem, other then one coming apart on me when I went to remove it.

If you have a misfire, DO NOT spray that car until it's fixed. You think it's bad n/a, on the hose something's gonna get busted.

Put a new set of gm wires on it, new set of plugs while you're at it (nitrous you need to be changing them alot more, and runing at least 1 step colder anyway)

I hear ya on the msd ones not liking to pop on, but I've moved the coil packs up with a set of nasty valvecovers and the stock GM wires, even the truck ones won't reach now, so I'm gonna have a set made, probably end up being msd ones. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the ones that blanco99's gonna make for me then the regular msd ones, those never popped on for me right.

new TR6s are already in and are ready for spray! anyway, I just received my Racetronix kit and I have to install it first before spray..so I'll wait a bit more then for the wires.
