Default New Best!

Well, I put a 9in w/ 3.70s in this winter, rewired my nitrous system and finally got the adjustable stuff in my suspension figured out. Made a total of 5 passes last night and set a new pr on my second pass. Actually, I made a couple of pr's last night. On a 100shot it ran 11.593 @ 117.60 w/ 1.631 60'. I'm pretty sure I got a little air under left front wheel as well. The steering wheel jerked pretty good when I launched. Best mph of the night was 118.29, that's also the fastest it's gone. 60' was also a best but not by much. Ran consistent 1.6xx's et's all night long. It also runs 1.8xx's on a 75shot. Overall I'm pretty pleased. The only issue is the stock tranny doesn't like the 2-3 shift and hits the rev limiter briefly. Is it slipping or can it just not shift fast enough? Anyway, I'm sure a built trans is in the future.

I'll have to get my girlfriend out to the track to make some videos or get the lazy *** photographers at the track to get a picture of it launching. Thanks for all the great info in this forum and keep up the good work!

Eric

You might have to adj the shift point with the tuner. Great times.

I'm gonna try to adjust the rev limit away from the shift point to see if that helps. I've heard its pretty common. The weird thing is it didn't do this with the stock 2.73s.
