Default warmer plug or more timing?

what would be a better choice for more power my plugs are showing they need more timing runnng a tr8 on the 250s, already have 10 degrees pulled with c16 fuel. wondering if a hotter plug or more timing would be a better choice?

I would feed it a degree or two of timing. It allows you to make smaller corrections. Then if it takes too much timing to make you comfortable, switch back to 7's. And if you talk to John and Amber, tell them I'm about to put their old car in the 9's this weekend on a 150 shot.
