Default Troubleshooting a possible restriction

Ever since I mounted my bottle with the 860 spare mount I've been having issues with my vehicle spraying properly. Since I have not changed anything else I feel that this is a nitrous related issue and not a wiring or control problem. I have a single nozzle system jetted for a 150 shot and it doesn't feel like it has the same kick as it used to when I first put the 150 pill in. Granted I won't know this for a 100% fact until the vehicle is dynoed but even my hptuners logs show that I don't have as much going past my MAF as I used to. Is there any technique to troubleshooting a possible restriction in the feed line? Is there a temperature difference as the nitrous could be flashing off at the pressure difference? Could a hard bend in the feed line be the problem? My feed line is ran from the 860 spare mount through the car under the carpet and up through the PCM grommet, and in the spare tire area the feed line is kind of forced to make a hard U bend that doesn't appear to be a problem visually but it is at its maximum potential for a bend at that point.

The way the vehicle feels on the initial hit is strong and then tapers off shortly after what I assume to be the feed line emptying of liquid and then only flowing as fast as the possible restriction allows it to. That leads me to believe that the problem is not in the solenoid but between there and the bottle.

I am going to dyno the vehicle on Sunday hopefully at a local meet so I can try to get some hard numbers into the equation as well. If it matters any, I am using HPTuners to control the engaging and disengaging of my nitrous but there is no change in the digital output of "ON" coming out of my laptop.

Sounds like it might be the bottle itself. You have the right side up? How many pounds of nitrous is in the bottle when you're spraying?

are you sure you have the bottle mounted correctly, sounds liek you have the siphon tube pointing the wrong way.

I know a lot of people have the bottle mounted there. Our question isn't about where it's mounted, but rather if it is right side up or not. If the bottle is turned the wrong way, the siphon tube will only be able to pick up a pound or two of nitrous before it acts like it's empty.

Could you take a couple pics so that we can better help to figure out the problem.

Thanks

Bottle is mounted correctly afaik as the label is facing up and the top of the bottle is pointed towards the front of the vehicle. This is a Nitrous Outlet bottle if it matters. I am thinking that the bottle could be or is now empty as when I weighed it last it came in at just over 20lbs. Prior to me running the car yesterday. That could be my dilemma right there, I need to get ahold of a camera so I can take some pictures anyway.

No need to take pics if the bottle is mounted the way you described. It is mounted correctly.

I only get about 6-7 pounds worth of nitrous out of my 10 pound bottle. Then it needs a refill, but only takes what was used. You usually don't get a full 10 pounds of use out of a 10 pound bottle. Although they are coming out with ways to get all 10 pounds out of it...which I will be investing in soon enough.
