Can I connect my 860 heater directly to a battery for testing???

Default Can I connect my 860 heater directly to a battery for testing???

I am having some wiring issues and not sure where the problem is. Can I connect the heater directly to a battery to confirm it gets warm? How long before it gets hot should I wait.

Yup you sure can. Give it 2 minutes and you will feel base get warm.

Thanks Vinnie. I bought this pig used on the board and can not seem to get it to work.

lmk what happens when you wire direct.
Did you get an original polished bracket or a newer black bracket?
